Interest in highly inspirational author J.J. Singleton's novel continues to grow as we head into 2021

San Francisco, Dec 8, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Author J.J. Singleton has announced the release of his breakout novel, Chronicles of a Spell Caster: Book One - Orientation. Singleton was inspired to write after considering his own experiences in school and recognizing the need for a creative outlet. As a child with dyslexia, Singleton dedicated himself to learning how to read and write. He hopes that his work will show others that it's possible to persevere through personal challenges.

Chronicles of a Spell Caster follows Jet, a young man entering his freshman year of college in an alternate world where students are trained by a virtual reality program known as the AITS. In addition to the usual pressures of college, Jet must learn to navigate an unpredictable, ever-changing virtual world where the fight to be the strongest is the only thing that matters. As Jet struggles to make allies and survive the trials of college, he also has a secret to protect, one that could upend not only his studies, but also his life, his happiness, and his chance at graduating unscathed.

Fans of superhero stories and Harry Potter will enjoy the fast pace, twists, and adventure of Singleton's work. Although Chronicles of a Spell Caster is intended for a young adult audience, readers of any age will find something to enjoy in this thrilling debut. Singleton defies the traditional tropes of the fantasy and science fiction genres by challenging norms and approaching universal themes from belonging from a unique perspective.

J.J. Singleton is a perfect example of someone who has achieved success by trying hard and never giving up on dreams and goals. Despite being dyslexic, he is now an author with a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and a Master's degree in Ancient Studies. He has a passion for combining fiction with historical concepts. When he's not writing, he enjoys playing tennis and traveling. Singleton can be found on Instagram and Facebook at @welwerthuniv_official.

Chronicles of a Spell Caster: Book One - Orientation, the first in a planned series, is available for purchase on Amazon.com and other major retailers.
