A senior executive with 20 years of experience, Gaines, has excelled in leading organizations and teams to deliver excellence to clients while promoting sustainable growth. Throughout his career, he has held senior management roles in operations, compliance, marketing, and client relations for different financial institutions focusing on client-facing solutions for business development and infrastructure improvement. He has managed enterprise-wide project deliveries and directed the development of financial platforms in a wide variety of industries.
As COO, St. Johns, Florida-based Gaines will partner with the company's leadership to ensure strategic and technical objectives translate to operational capabilities aligned with business objectives. Furthermore, he will play a key role in ensuring cultural imperatives are communicated and supported operationally with company team members.
Gaines, a former Cavalry trooper in the Army's Blackhorse Regiment, graduated with his Master of Arts in National Security Issues from Norwich University, Northfield, VT, and a Bachelor of Arts in both History and English from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
