The online platform also introduced a new commercial insurance policy in partnership with LegalEx Plus and WRB Underwriting. According to McKenzie Friends Marketplace, this is believed to be the first commercial, professional indemnity insurance policy specifically tailored to McKenzie Friends, and it is available exclusively to members of the McKenzie Friends Marketplace.
The online platform is the only one of its kind offering all parties a comprehensive service beyond the outdated directories currently available. The platform includes a members Code of Conduct, Guidebook and Blog, whilst also facilitating the connection, communication and transaction between client and McKenzie Friend in a single integrative dashboard.
