Lennar Corporation is a home building company that is based in Miami, Florida. The company has built homes all over the nation and got its start back in 1954 as F&R Builders. Founded by Gene Fisher and Arnold Rosen, a real estate developer, the company built many homes from 1954 until 1971 when they changed their name officially to Lennar Corporation.

The home features a large family room, complete with a fireplace, high ceilings and an entire wall of windows on one side. The home also has the option for a patio fireplace.

The island kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a private hallway that leads to the master suite, which comes complete with a huge bathroom that features double vanities and separate spa tubs and showers. Nguyen says that this home is nearly 3,000 square feet and perfect for families.
